| If I place my order today, when will I receive it? |
We ship out of Detroit, Michigan. We ship all orders place before 1 pm EST that day. (See details.)
Here are some of the more popular shipping methods that we offer:
- USPS First Class: Approximately 10 days for the continental U.S. (If you are closer to Detroit, it's faster.)
- USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 5 days for the continental U.S. If you are closer to Detroit, it's faster.)
- UPS Ground: See the map below. We add one day to the UPS Ground Ship Times (in case anything goes wrong).
We also have express shipping for UPS and USPS.
What if I am shipping to another country?

| Do you offer same day shipping? |
Yes we do. Orders placed before 1:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday are shipped the same day.
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
- Special orders or items directly shipped from the manufacturer.

| How much will the order cost me to ship? |

Just add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart and click the Shopping Cart link at the top of each page.
When you view the cart, enter your zip code and we will tell you the costs for different shipping methods and an estimated delivery time.

| Do you offer free shipping? |

Yes! For all orders over $150, we offer free UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping to the continental U.S.

| Do you ship internationally? |
|
We have shipped to 50 countries so far and can't wait to ship to another 50. Click on the link below to see delivery times.

| How do I ship to PO boxes? |
|
Unfortunately UPS can NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes! Please select US Postal Service shipping. Otherwise, your shipping method will be changed to Priority Mail and your total updated accordingly.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
|
Yes, we ship via the US Postal Service. Postal orders are delivered 1-5 days after shipping, Monday through Saturday.
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO, etc.) can ONLY be shipped via Priority Mail.
Please select US Postal Service shipping. Otherwise, your shipping method will be changed to Priority Mail and your total updated accordingly.
