If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return with a valid Return Authorization code. We're sorry, but Discontinued Sale Items are sold as is and may not be returned; please read descriptions carefully.
Any other items may be returned unused within 15 days from when you receive it for a refund on the merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and all original packaging must be included. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless due to our error. Shipping, handling and all other fees are not refundable.
If Striped Socks makes a mistake in your order, we will fix it at our expense; just let us know right away! If the mistake is the shipper's, manufacturer's or yours, we will assist you in resolving the situation.
Should your entire package be damaged in transit, please contact us right away so we can place a claim with the shipper and arrange for replacement shipping. Please allow up to ten days for your claim to be processed and replacements to be shipped.
Note that all claims for errors or damages must be placed with us within three days of the delivery date of the package, and returns received within 10 days after a return authorization has been issued. Unauthorized or late returns will be refused.
